Q. Do you cater for dietary requirements?

A. Yes we do! Prior to the retreat we send out a questionnaire to our attendees which is where you can make us aware of any dietary requirements.

Do you Offer Payment Plans?

Yes! Please email us: hindsightretreats@gmail.com and we will be sure to set you up. Full Payment is due by Sept 1 and we still require a $500 deposit to hold your place. 

Can I request a Single Room?

Absolutely! We offer Single and Twin Share but we only have a few singles to offer as we are a small group. Please reach out and we will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable. 

What should I pack?

Queenstown has varying temperatures so it’s best to pack in a layer mentality. October will still be chilly so take that into consideration. We will send out a packing list a few months before the arrival date so you’re all prepared!

Can I contact you before booking?

Abso-freakin-lutely. Please visit our contact page and we’d be happy to jump on the phone with you any time to discuss more details. We get that this is a big decision and we want you to feel comfortable. 

How much money will I need to bring?

We have tried to make this retreat as all-inclusive as possible (minus flights) but if you’d like extra beverages or gifts, you’ll need your credit card or you can take out NZ cash at any ATM. 

Policies

REFUND POLICY

Deposit is non-refundable unless Hindsight Retreats finds a replacement before the retreat begins. Deposit is transferable to another attendee. Full balance is due 60 days before start date of retreat. If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date, any payments made will be refunded, minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place between 30-60 days prior to the retreat start date, 50% of the trip price will be forfeited. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. There are no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Hindsight Retreats/WeTravel will be refunded. Under such circumstances, notification of cancellation will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Hindsight Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Since unexpected events do occur, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance. Most companies will cover retreat payments, flights and other expenses, should you have to cancel at the last minute. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses while abroad. One company we recommend and trust is World Nomads. You can purchase travel insurance with them up until the retreat start date.
